Jazz Forum published the programme of the 59th Kraków Jazz All Souls' Days at Piwnica pod Baranami. Kuba Dworak played bass in the trio KALIFONIA with Piotr Kalicki (piano) and Damian Niewiński (drums).

The Bartosz Dworak Quartet – Bartosz Dworak, Piotr Matusik, Kuba Dworak and Szymon Madej – opened the first day of Leszek Możdżer's Enter Music Festival in Poznań. Reviewing the night, Codzienny Poznań described the set as "an extraordinary mix of routine and youth, experience and experiments, standards and novelties", and noted how remarkable it was that musicians this young could hold the audience the way they did.

Jazz Forum (6/2014) covered "Orange Sky" by the Michał Wierba Doppelganger Project, with Michał Wierba (piano, Fender Rhodes), Kuba Dworak (double bass), Łukasz Kurzydło (percussion), Arek Skolik (drums) and Patrycja Zarychta (vocals). Recorded live in the studio without overdubs, the album moves away from hard bop towards a more romantic, world-music-tinged sound.

Jazzarium reviews the debut album by F.O.U.R.S. Collective, made up entirely of the band's own compositions: "The rhythm section is the excellent bassist Kuba Dworak and the no less promising drummer Szymon Madej."

At the jubilee 50th Jazz nad Odrą festival in Wrocław, Kuba Dworak received the special award of the ZAiKS Authors' Association in the Jazz Individuality competition – 5,000 PLN earmarked for a trip to Los Angeles. The result was announced on the city's official portal wroclaw.pl.

Recorded at Zbigniew Preisner's studio in Niepołomice by Michał Salamon (piano, keyboards), Piotr Schmidt (trumpet), Stanisław Plewniak (saxophones, voice), Kuba Dworak (double bass, bass guitar) and Szymon Madej (drums), the album was supported by the Polish Music Institute's Phonographic Debut programme. In a Jazzarium interview, saxophonist Michał Salamon recalls how the band that became F.O.U.R.S. Collective took shape: "Then a change of bass player, Kuba Dworak came in. Once Piotrek appeared, we caught some wind in our sails."
